Morris Publishing Group announced Tuesday that Fogel, who currently serves as vice president of finance and strategic planning at the Florida Times-Union, will start her new position June 3. Fogel joined Morris in 2004 as division controller and later chief financial officer of the Savannah Morning News in Georgia.
