2nd teen charged in Lexington's first homicide
Allen Charles Burgess, 19, was charged with complicity to commit murder. Burgess was in the Fayette County Detention Center on unrelated charges when he was charged in the homicide, Lexington police said.

Is that the guy who is accused of killing s landlord? If so, I've heard that the guy who was killed was a very nice man who treated people with respect and kindness. I hope that his killer or killers rot in prison.

Yes you would never have met a better man than Joe. There was absolutely no reason to kill him. Motive was apparently robbery.
