me and my supervisor was just talking about stress last night. there are ways to control and even alleviate stress altogether: niacin and st johns wort are very efficient at relieveing stress that leads to ill health and thoughts of suicide...
there are also more herbs available for people in stressfull conditions.. our siSTARS just need someone to introduce natural remedies for stress to them.
