I hope I am not in the wrong place. I am struggling tremendously with lust, pornography, and ultimately masturbation. As a child I heard and bought into the whole "it's natural" or "it's part of growing up" and so on. Now I personally feel that it is sad! To become aroused looking at images printed in ink on paper in various acts of bestiality. Or to sit in front of the computer looking at images on the screen! I say bestiality because to me that's what it is! It's not love! No, it's far from it! And it surely is not healthy! Though surlely many feel it is. First of all I am married to a glorious woman. Beautiful on all levels. Our relationship is full of joy, support, and love for each other. And I would say healthy. I am not claiming perfection here by no means. Our sexual relations are healthy as well. I guess I would call it normal. This whole thing with masturbation began as a young kid. And with the anvent of the Internet I would say its gotten more perverse. There doesnt seem to be any limit to what I will look for and masturbate to. In all honesty in these moments of weakness it doesnt matter what the age is!!! I have looked at everything from young preteen girls, to woman in their 60's. I just want to stop! That's it. Not just suppress it but to understand it totally, and be free. Now I am sure I will get some negative remarks and that fine. I just hope that those who may criticize, will take some time to consider whether or not they are as clean as think they are! I just want help! Any suggestions??????

It is very possible to become overly obsessed with sex. It can becomealmost adictive.

If you really want to get your mind off it, you need to develop a keen interest in something else inorder to fill the void.

But don't feel guilty about being a normal, red blooded male.
