Just a by-product of the wonderful "village" that's raising them.

HUMBUG!!!

you don't need to write a book on how to teach a child how to read!!

the PARENT(S) ARE SUPPOSED TO TEACH THE CHILD HOW TO READ AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO READ!!

not the dorn schools!!! the school is there to....now days i can't tell!

parents, TEACH YOUR CHILDREN TO READ AND ENCOURAGE A LOVE FOR READING IN THEM!

parents are the reason why children are illiterate!

blk folk let their enemy teach their children and gave these folk and their insitutions full range and responsibility for their children's over all and total education!!

now look what has happened; what else should you expect? why you don't take on the responsibility of teaching your own dorn children?

something is wrong!

you would think that folk on welfare would do a better job with this concerning their children but i guess not.

folk tend to think people on public assistance got it made! couldn't be further from the truth!

there is shame, embarrassment, feelings of inadequacy, and of course you are financially suffering because welfare will not supply all your needs. so its a very, VERY stressfull condition to have to depend on welfare.
