Too bad humanity does not have enough time to get rid of religion. But you are definitely right.
I don't think that we need to get rid of it. We just need to contain it.

We wouldn't feel a loss if religion were gone altogether. But it is enough to defang it, and potentially dangerous to try to exterminate it. That star is fading. It's enough that it be out of nonbelievers lives.

Jehovah had his only begotten spirit son in heaven, bring everything he designed into creation.
Man and animal life, all vegetaion and every seed bearing plant. All with the power to recreate fruitage. All animals to mate with their own kind, male and female and every flying animal and swimming creature.
Jesus Christ was born a flesh and blood man, and as Jehovah God's only begotten son and his word, his life and his ministry are recorded for mans benefit. If there is no other proof than his name being found on clay tablets or historians referring to him as being alive, your own brain will have to be your decision maker that Jesus lived or not.
