HMMMMMMM, well, the MAYOR of the SUBIC FREEPORT has reportedly told his constituents that local Filipino workers, espec those whom are displaced, will have "first crack/dibs' on Guam jobs as per the pending USMC Buildup from Okinawa.

IMO between JAPAN, SOUTH KOREA,+ now SUBIC = PHILIPPINES, ETC. TO COME what jobs do GUAM LOCALS GET IN COMPARISON, OTHER THAN LEAVING TO THE USA AND MORE RECESSION = "GREAT DEPRESSION 2"???

Recall wathching a TV interview with the governor of Guam on ABS-CBN and he stated that Guam would welcome qualified Filipino workers. Guam is over 25% Filipino now! Beats the hell out of the Middle East!
