"The public outcry ultimately pushed the state Board of Regents in mid-October to ban illegal immigrants from attending five of the state's most selective public colleges. Lawmakers are now promising to introduce legislation in January that would prohibit undocumented students from attending all of the state's public colleges."

It is after all-about protecting the rights to services and resources for those who paid for them!

Nowhere-does it say that we owe everyone in the world a free ride just because they entered our country!

Illegals are taking some major hits and it is a great thing!

Creative Loafing? Really? That's got to be only slightly left of Cynthia Tucker's op-ed pieces.

Frankly, I salute GA for taking care of its taxpayers and citizens. Illegals didn't have to come here and make a mess of things, but they did and states like GA are leading the way in addressing the issue at the expense of the guilty.
