You learn to be liberal thinking until you hit the real world and then become a jaded old.... :) And after a few years you learn what you learned is not real life - this is part of why we are having more issues now because too many leading us have never left academia, they went from student to working in nonprofits and back to academia, etc. It is one thing to learn it and then having to use it in your own life and outside of academia.

If our government were truly serious about stopping illegal immigration she would be deported by now and both ICE and the IRS would be investigating the source of the money she used to pay for her education and support herself while in college. ICE should also be investigating the immigration status of her parents who conspired to bring her in to the U.S. illegally, brought her in to the U.S. illegally, entered the U.S. illegally themselves and either worked illegally, received government benefits illegally or were supported by a third party illegally.

"Legal struggles continue for illegal immigrant student"

The title alone just strikes me as funny...LOL

Duh? "Illegal" immigrant struggles with "Legal" issues? And that's worthy of an article? No Chit Sherlock. Isn't that point? Do we have to spell it out? Someone who breaks the law obviously has trouble with legal issues. And whose fault is that? Why, the lawbreaker of course. All they have to do is go back to their Country of origin and stop trying to make their problems everyone elses problem.

Funny you mentioned that, even though they are illegal they still share the same rights us Americans do. It sucks but thats just how it goes. They fall and bust their mojo somewhere they are entitled to sue, something I dont understand.

Actually no, they don't "share the same rights" as we do, since they are not citizens. The only "rights" that these invaders are entitled to is humane treatment on their way back to the border. Period.
