They are Illegal immigrants, not undocumented, it's not like someone forgot to document them when they crossed the border.

What part of breaking the law do they not understand?

Let's assume that, in mass, a bunch of us get a boat and sail to Japan and drop anchor. We have no documentation whatsoever. No one knows who we are or what our intentions are. Amongst our group are several drug dealers, a few ex-cons, a couple mental patients, a bunch of pregnant women, and a terrorist.

We take up residence in Japan. We get jobs, a place to live, send our kids to school, demand that the Japanese speak our language, partake of their public assistance programs, procreate like crazy, burgeon their legal system and THEN, if the Japanese people start to complain, we take to the streets and wave the American flag and scream unfair and call them racists.

We demand that they let us go to THEIR colleges, we refuse to learn the Japanese language, and we cost their country hundreds of millions of dollars a year, yet give very little back. If they try to deport us we call civil rights organizations and boo-hoo and cry to the media.

Just how long do you think Japan would tolerate us? My guess is that when our boat first entered the Sea of Japan, we would be picked up, hauled to jail and given a one way ticket back to the United States. All that other stuff I talked about would be moot.

"Tuition Equality"? What is equal about letting illegals pay a reduced "in state" tuition, while legal citizens of the USA have to pay a higher "out-of-state" tuition? If they are allowed at our schools at all, illegals should pay a "foreign-student" rate that is higher than the "out-of-state" tuition!

There are many citizens of America that also can't afford to go to our colleges. Take care of our own first!

Despite her parents lies and her arrogance in conferring citizenship upon herself, that doesn't make it so.

Her parents telling her to lie about where she was born proves they knew it was wrong. The fraud committed against the American people is disgusting and fraud is wrong.

Why should a student from Wisc pay more to go to school in Michigan that someone who is here illegally. Where is the equality there?

If they want to advance their education, they need to go home.

Latin American countries should not be considered part of North America, they should be considered Latin/South Americans. They share the same culture, language, customs and lack of respect for the laws.

They need to stop racial profiling the US as a country who will take care of their sorry azzez.

“Growing up, it was always a secret,” she said.“My parents actually used to tell me,‘If anybody ever asks you, you were born here. You (are) a U.S. citizen.’”

I thought she said that she didn't feel any different than other students in the first part of this article. I guess she is just like her lying, cheating scumbag parents!

Same old sob story. The sad part is that the Public Policy Junior who is in favor of tuition equality is as naieve(sp?) as they come!

Tuition equality for illegal aliens from mexico begins and ends in mexico! We have absolutely NO obligation to them in ANY way!

Illegal aliens have never said thank you America, just gimme, gimme, gimme!

You think France will round them up and drop them at our borders being that they hear we cater to illegals and reward them with residency?

Once again we have to correct the article. She is not a undocumented immigrant,no,she is a illegal alien same as the rest of her family!

She has no rights and should be given none.
