Mr Carter deserves our collective, heartfelt thanks and appreciation for such a groundbreaking victory for OUR children. It took much more than his experience and technical ability to get our point across to the Court.

1 "The boys have a sharp attorney, David Carter. Good guy, comes highly recommended by people I trust in the area. He is also smart enuff to fully examine the past dealings in this particular collection arena. I recommended and hope that he does eventually open the case to all victims as class action like the Miller's did w/ their civil judgment. So all the kids who got beat in there could collect something. Carter knows what he is up against going into it this time, good chance of success, imo. The IRS money-lusting scum who's only goal and purpose is to lie in wait and rip off victims, my personal opinion. They had enuff testimony from willing witnesses to put alamo away for life in the early '90's. They dropped all further pursuit of criminal prosecution cuz no more easy money to rip off from victims who had previously collected judgments and to stick in their own pockets. Fitz was a nerd kept in the dark and used by the schemers. Heart in the right place originally, alamo in jail for his crimes was his presented purpose. Altho, he was used and did testify vehemently and zealously all the way to the Supreme Court for the IRS to take money away from victims using their filings of Federal precedent. Every ex member from as far back as the '60's, and not currently still supporting and defending alamo and the cult, by action or self protecting refusal or apathetic inactivity, by personal shame and hiding guilt, should call the Labor Dept. in Little Rock. You'd be surprised by the different tenor and attitude there now. As far as the cult goes, the Labor Department is very different than the IRS. Their only view is that if they can build and prosecute more cases w/ help from ex members, and they can collect anything, all proceeds should go only to all the victims involved." |
