With whose kip,dong,peso and dollar is UAFS going to pay for this project. What is wrong with hosting a multicultural center on the University Campus? It would be good to get the kids out of their neighborhoods and familiar with a college campus to aspire to a higher education. I hope the proposed location at the Malalieu site is not an attempt to segregate away from Caucasian culture.

I don't think it's segregation but I agree the existing UAFS campus is a better setting to acclimate prospective students from the inner city.
