I was a member of the accused fraternity in my college days (not too long ago.)
We did alot of drinking...we had alot of fun. The official rule is that alcohol was not allowed in the house.Alcohol was always in the house. While there was always a few dipshits that got us in trouble, the only people responsible for this are the stupid pledge himslef for drinking that much, and the people immediately around him who either wanted him to drink more or didnt see him and stop him.

No offense, but shouldn't a sober house BE sober? With that in mind everyone in the frat are responsible for what happens, and if they didn't want something of this nature to occur they shouldn't have been drinking. Yes, there will always be a few degenerates in a organization but that doesn't mean that at least one person with morals couldn't have reported the majority.
As for your college days what happened then? Did any pledges end up with a .6 blood saturation? If so what did you do about it? Put them somewhere else, say no one knew he was drinking, or pay him/his family off so nothing would happen?
I don't feel bad at all for the folks in the frat. I'm currently being forced to live with a member of the house that was disbanded and he seems to have no regret, going as far as to endorse that sort of lifestyle. Congratulations on being part of this group of honorable men, I hope your sperm is no longer of use due to your (probable) alcohol issues or you've choosen a homosexual lifestyle over contributing to the gene pool.
