UA blamed in student's hazing
University of Arkansas at Fayetteville administrators knew the Phi Delta Theta fraternity was a oeout of controla but failed to take action to prevent the party atmosphere that ultimately lead to the hazing and near death of freshman Nicholas Brown last year, according to a claim filed Nov.

We all know Nick Brown blew a .68 but do we all know that he'd been to rehab a time or two before this incident? Or that he got an alcohol violation one week after getting out of the hospital from his coma? Kid was holding a fifth of crown at the Little Rock tailgate..
