University of Arkansas to honor Alice Walton

Proving once again that virtually anything can be bought for the right price. If you you give a few million a year to a university you too can receive an honorary degree even though your latest DUI charge is still pending. Way to go Razorbacks - let's all celebrate DUI achievement.
