Average Person Burns Just 21 Calories During Sex

Does sex burn as many calories as a trip to the gym? Reports throughout the years claim it's possible to burn up to 300 calories during sex.

I guess you gotta feel sorry for the couple that has only 6 minutes of sex ..... which is what those 23 calories are based on .... that's 115 calories in 30 minutes ....

DO it twice a day for 45 minutes each, that's 300 calories per day .. wahoo! Why hasn't this caught on?

I wonder ... but honestly I can't imagine sex lasting only 6 minutes , must suck for the women in those partenrships ....... my own experience is minumum 30 minutes, both of us leaving the sheets wet from sweat .... heavy breahting for several minutes after ....
