Absolutely disappointmented the ban failed. This will hurt the businesses in mobile county.I know I won't be going and smelling and breathing in other peoples smoke. There is no reason people can't smoke outside. Smoking inside is so nasty, it stinks, turns everything yellow. Why on earth did u fail to ban smoking. What clowns do you have running the mobile city council that didn't vote for this.
