We are so proud of Matthew, the former president of HTHS Student Council and now the president of the University of Alabama SGA. Thank you to all of our Trussville friends who helped spread the word to vote for Matt through text and facebook.
Matt has had an incredible year receiving the Wachovia 1st Generation full tuition scholarship along with the Julia Tutwiler scholarship, and then was tasked with thousands of volunteers to organize for the emergency efforts of the April tornado in Tuscaloosa. We are truly blessed to have our son serve the University of Alabama and the City of Tuscaloosa.
