It feels great as a Hindu to come across the fact that a Hindu festival is celebrated abroad with such enthusiasm. That many Hindu festivals are celebrated in the US, is not a new fact. However, the growing enthusiasm and acceptance of the festivals abroad remains a notable feature. This is vital for the growth in the popularity of Hinduism as a religion. It is the most ancient and sacred of all the religions. The world will definitely benefit from the popularity and growth of the religion in future.
