Well how convenient for those who want to reduce the population. Apt buildings are built 2 and 3 stories high. Most do not have adequate outdoor space for residents to get out side and soak up the sun.Balconies or patios are very small and covered. Apt living is hell on earth unless you are rich and can afford a nicer unit. Most in Durham can barely afford the high rent they are forced to pay so they have to live like sardines with other people just to meet the expenes. These Apt complexes need to provide raised garden beds so residents can get out and enjoy the sun and get some exercise. It is not normal to have to be indoors in a poorly lit apt and no sun shining in.
