Until you get rid of all the rif raff in the hood south of Exchange - nobody will choose to buy a home their. People will always choose safety and cleanliness over neighborhoods that look like a war zone. Living amongst Section 8 folks may sound good to a liberal that wants to pat themselves on the back for their 'inclusitivity', the rest of us prefer calm and order in the hood.
