Until you get rid of all the rif raff in the hood south of Exchange - nobody will choose to buy a home their. People will always choose safety and cleanliness over neighborhoods that look like a war zone. Living amongst Section 8 folks may sound good to a liberal that wants to pat themselves on the back for their 'inclusitivity', the rest of us prefer calm and order in the hood.

Why bother with "affordable" when the new King don sewer rates will cost more the Akron U's tuition!
