As President Barack Obama was sworn into office for a second term on the steps of the Capitol in Washington, D.C., on Monday, groups around Jackson watched the inauguration live on television and in clips throughout the day.

The first 4 year term that any President serves is influenced by the fact that they have a potential second term to run for. Therefore we didn't get to see the real agenda of the President. The second 4 year term that they serve is not influenced by a possibility of re-election. Therefore, now we get to see his real agenda.
