The Japanese are starting to come around now and accept responsibilty per PM Naoto Kan's recent statements on WW2. Don't forget Japan tore Russia a new arsehole in 1905 Tsushima Straits turkey shoot. Russia will always continue to blame everyone but themselves for their problems and is still looking for payback.
