This only works if you presuppose evolution to be a true THEORY. Even Richard Dawkins admits that there is no known function/mutation that allows a living entity to add to genetic code and thereby evolve. Mutations remove information from the genetic code. So until you can explain a function to add genetic information, evolution is all just an assumption.
