Annual health spending for an insured family to top $20,000
The cost of health care for a typical family of four with insurance will exceed $20,000 for the first time in 2012.

They wonder why there are so many un medical insured Americans. Even with co pays & deductables that's still 2-3K a year many save by not entering the medical care system based on insurance reimbursement.
Then they say the care is more comprehensive OR filled with with more over used and un-necessary testing.
