Autopsy shocker: Jackson was healthy

Michael Jackson's arms were covered with punctures, his face and neck were scarred and he had tattooed eyebrows and lips, but he wasn't the sickly skeleton of a man portrayed by tabloids, according to his autopsy report obtained by The Associated Press.

People just can't accept the fact that Michael Jackson was not a drug addict and he was healthy. Did any of you read the report: No signs of drugs or alcohol. If he was abusing drugs, his system would have shown it due to the so called "years of abuse" he supposidely did. Get over it. Rest in Peace Michael, all the truths, including the fact that you had nothing to do with molesting children will come to light and all the people will suffer for lying on you and about you.
