Is Highway 37 destined to become a new waterway?

A long line of vehicles head west toward Sonoma on Highway 37 in Vallejo. A Caltrans and UC Davis study convened a stakeholders group which talked about Highway 37 needs for the future.

Between Russia and the US, trillions of dollars in foreign aid were given away to Afghanistan. And this is not counting the additional billions of dollars spent by the US on Iraq.
