The Supreme Court really has no logical legal choice to rule against the states who basically have passed state laws duplicating federal law. The Obama Administration is trying to evade the federal laws in force by limiting their enforcement and thus is demanding states adherre to Administration Policy rather than Federal Law.

If Obama was really concerned about states setting up their own immigration policy, they would focus on Sanctuary Cities and States that willfully VIOLATE Federal Immigration Law. Where is the DOJ lawsuit against California or San Francisco or NYC or Boston?

Well looky here, see who is asking who for the IDs;

There you have it, asking for ID without cause is perfectly legal and not racist at all.

its only illegal when they are after anyone other than an American citizen. those who do not belong and have no right to be here are welcome no matter what they came for with obama and all his supporters approval.

LMAO! We're all stupid ignorants (ignorant cannot be used as a noun, mind you) and yet you're the one writing like the above? If anyone is ignorant (an adjective) it would be YOU!

My head hurts from reading this illiterate piece of drivel. Where exactly did you learn English -- grammar, punctuation, etc.?

You have no clue what I already know or don't know, so your comment is baseless.

You may not care about grammar and punctuation, but the fact is, when you write illiterate drivel it is next to impossible to figure out what you're really trying to say. Plus, it makes any intelligent people discount you and not take you seriously. The unintelligent may take you seriously, but they don't run the world, so their opinion means less.
