L.A. has the most generous and most expensive public employee pensions in american history. We MUST learn to do without all of the needed infrastructure enhancements that we sacrificed when we voted for union funding hacks to lead the City. You can't be as politically ignorant as the citizens in L.A. and expect a decent future for your families.
