A Chinese restaurant that opened in Oroville in 1912 is still thriving in the historic downtown, and the owners are celebrating the restaurant's 100th birthday all year.

I remember eating here often as a kid. My mom worked there as a waitress for a few years. The thing I remember most were the dum-dum suckers I got at as we left. I can not find Chinese food that matches my memory of Tong Fong Lows or, as we called it Charlie's Chop Suey.
