How is this any of the federal govt's business.? The constitution says the only thing the feds can do re immigration is "establish a uniform rule of naturalization." By the tenth amendment, everything else is up to the states.

If the Federal Government will not enforce the laws then the states should be allowed to do whatever they need to protect the state.
