Oxnard begins comment period on housing project

we have extremely too many low income homes what we are in desperate need of is our schools educating our citizens to assume the jobs required in higher educational skills in order to live in this beautiful city of ours the responsibility lies totally at the feet of parents in oxnard you are not able or unwilling to educate their own children in the basic tools reading, writing. most important of all our english language in order to be able to earn a wage in our city so sad love of our country does not include speaking in our common language even if it means our children cannot afford to live here as our parents have assimilation can only take place if we all share our common language and can communicate with one another on daily basis
