i have had 2 years full time employment since 1994. this is a depression not a recession and rutgers missed the mark. i ve done unenployment food stamps and the like. my husband is disdisabled. i have two kids ready for college. and the i'm soon to retire.if i speak to anyone in the industry i'm asked if its a career change or told they recieve 40 resumes for each jobposting. the people in charge of this disaster dont have a clue. they throw away the wrong personnel. i was thrown away in 1994. i still believe i have something to offer.
