In the Maori Haka, when the warrior comes with the Fern and the visitor picks it up, it means the visitors comes in peace with peaceful intentions. But if the visitor does not pick it up or steps on it, or reject it, IT MEANS WAR.

Tatakamotonga sure has their answer from their King. The went there with Ifi leaves and they have been rejected and kicked out from performing.

In 2005 during the Public Servant's strike, the King's house in Tatakamotonga was burnt to by an unknown arson.

The King, since that day, seems to blame the people of tatakamotonga for that. Though, no one have been arrested for the burning of the king's house.

Earlier this year, the people of Tatakmotonga went to the King with the old Tongans thing of 'Hu Louifi' to gain back the King's favor since it seems he has ill feeling towards Tatakamotonga since the burning.

And, his rejecting for tatakamotonga to perform the lakalaka in the celebrations is his answer for the 'Hu Lou ifi'.

Not only do we have an unstable political situation in the Kingdom, but we have an unmerciful guy at the helm.

Everyone calm down. This isn't about each other's neighborhood and who's the best and what not. This thought of seperation is what is destroying the western world, Tongan people, please don't end up like them. The fact of the matter is this King has rejected an age long tradition in the Tongan culture because he SUSPECTS the people of Tatakamotonga performed these irresponsible acts. The people of Tatakamotonga have always been loyal to the royal family and the current Kings blatant disregard of this is outrageous. I do not see any action being taken upon the entire country as a whole for the torching which occured in Nuku'alofa or even the people of Nuku'alofa being punished. Loosing the trust of the people of Tatakamotonga is now the first mistake the King has made. I hope for Tonga in whole that he will make no more mistakes and if he does, may the Lord have mercy on our country.

who cares about the king, just give me my land so I can sell it to some tourist company. there's nothing left in tonga. no reason to go back. no opportunities no nothing. glad my parents moved to the united state and the rest of the family to more better standards of living in the U.S., Australia, and New Zealand.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Pisces

Whether the excesses of the past few days are catching up with you or you're feeling drained for other reasons, you need as much rest as possible today. Once you get tired, your defenses will be down and you'll start to fret about whatever is currently nagging away at the back of your mind. You're also concerned about the welfare of a certain person, which doesn't help.
