In the 1970's, many new facts came to light about asbestos, mesothelioma, and the law. Hundreds of thousands of personal injury suits were filed in Texas, leading to the bankruptcy of many Texan asbestos companies.
However, many companies in this position established so-called "trust funds" for their admitted victims as compensation for mesothelioma in Texas. These funds actually caused their liability to DECREASE - now corporations would ONLY have to pay a limited asbestos settlement.
Don't settle for a back-room court deal payoff. Hire a personal injury lawyer for mesothelioma in Texas.
