This is disrespectful, and nobody deserves to be treated like this. The wording of this sentence and headline bring negative connotations. It was a tragic accident and should be treated as one. I am appalled, whoever wrote those words owes the people who know and care about Joey an apology.

I knew Joey really well, had been with him the night before and was suppose to hang out with him the day of.
He really was one of the best people I ever knew; he always had a smile and his face and was nice to everybody.
Despicable people like the author of this article should trying feeling some sort of compassion.
