Perry won't pardon wrongly convicted deceased man
Tim Cole served time for a crime he didn't commit, and died in prison before someone else fessed up to raping a Texas Tech student in the mid-80s. Cole was posthumously cleared by a Travis County judge earlier this year, but Governor Rick Perry won't pardon the deceased exoneree.
