Just like a progressive to try to scam the American people. The dude doesn't even speak spanish!! What a fraud!! This is almost as good as Elizabeth Warren claiming she's American Indian.

Castro, who played up his Mexican heritage by speaking a few lines in Spanish, admits “he doesn’t really speak Spanish,” according to a 2010 profile in The New York Times Magazine.

In 2009, Castro hired Marta Bronstein to tutor him in Spanish, recognizing that Spanish-language skills would be necessary to augment his appeal among Texas’ many Mexican-Americans.

Castro’s chief of staff, lawyer Robbie Greenblum, recommended Bronstein after meeting her in synagogue.

In his keynote address, Castro thrice said,“Que dios los bendiga,” which means “God bless you”.

It is not speak english only. It is English as the official language. Major difference there.
Try and educate yourself before making foolish statements.

The dude does not speak Spanish, he was, is, and will always be pandering to the uneducated, just like his boss obama.

So Castro tells others to pull themselves up by their bootstraps? Just like he and his twin brother, according to Julian, did using Afirmitive Action to get into Stanford U with marginal at best SAT scores for that school and then later Harvard Law all at the taxpayer's expense. They got into universities they were not qualified to attend and didn't pay for the education they got. An Anglo would have to have gone to Texas or A&M, and that if they were lucky. The Castro brothers are the same Progressive Socialists tat Obama is. I don't know if the San Antone idiots passed the additional tax for Julians pre-kindergarten or not, but if you did, how does feel to pay for someone's baby sitter? Really now. It has been 45 years of FAILURE with Headstart and now Castro is gonna make it work. Uh huh. Since Headstart, teen pregnancies have skyrocketed along with the high school dropout rates for Headstart grads.

I watched some of the RNC. None of the DNC. Didn't watch any games, because I don't watch tv.

"Thank God For President Obama", Now President Roosevelt's Dream May Come True.
.
Excerpt from President Roosevelt's January 11, 1944 message to the Congress of the United States on the State of the Union[2]:
“ It is our duty now to begin to lay the plans and determine the strategy for the winning of a lasting peace and the establishment of an American standard of living higher than ever before known. We cannot be content, no matter how high that general standard of living may be, if some fraction of our people—whether it be one-third or one-fifth or one-tenth—is ill-fed, ill-clothed, ill-housed, and insecure.
This Republic had its beginning, and grew to its present strength, under the protection of certain inalienable political rights—among them the right of free speech, free press, free worship, trial by jury, freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures. They were our rights to life and liberty.
As our nation has grown in size and stature, however—as our industrial economy expanded—these political rights proved inadequate to assure us equality in the pursuit of happiness.
We have come to a clear realization of the fact that true individual freedom cannot exist without economic security and independence.“Necessitous men are not free men.”[3] People who are hungry and out of a job are the stuff of which dictatorships are made.
In our day these economic truths have become accepted as self-evident. We have accepted, so to speak, a second Bill of Rights under which a new basis of security and prosperity can be established for all—regardless of station, race, or creed.
Among these are:
The right to a useful and remunerative job in the industries or shops or farms or mines of the nation;
The right to earn enough to provide adequate food and clothing and recreation;
The right of every farmer to raise and sell his products at a return which will give him and his family a decent living;
The right of every businessman, large and small, to trade in an atmosphere of freedom from unfair competition and domination by monopolies at home or abroad;
The right of every family to a decent home;
The right to adequate medical care and the opportunity to achieve and enjoy good health;
The right to adequate protection from the economic fears of old age, sickness, accident, and unemployment;
The right to a good education.
All of these rights spell security. And after this war is won we must be prepared to move forward, in the implementation of these rights, to new goals of human happiness and well-being.
America's own rightful place in the world depends in large part upon how fully these and similar rights have been carried into practice for all our citizens.
For unless there is security here at home there cannot be lasting peace in the world.

The Democrats are done weaving their web in Charlotte, and wow, what a web it was—an intricate lattice of multicolored Silly String that included everyone and said nothing.

Did you know that Democrats like the blacks? And the Hispanics? And the gays? And women? We didn’t know that. Now we do.

Did you know the Democrats have a plan to make the next four years better than the last four? Really? We didn’t. And after watching their convention, we still don’t.

Having an empty chair as President is worse.
