Great 4 more over inflated ego's to pay for, there are to many troopers for the area, with the sheriff's deputies and village police depts its just overkill! cut the number of troopers by 25%, thats a good place to start! and make em work for more then 20 yrs and retire! everyone else has to!

Congrats to the 4 from the local area. It's a noble profession and I'm sure their families are proud of them.

Scott Freeman was my seventh grade history teacher. He should be a very good state trooper, even though nowadays it does seem that many of the police officers aren't very honest. Like that they can break the law, since they believe they are better than the law and whatever else.

If the person was a schmuck before they were a cop, they become schmucky cops. If they were a good person before they became a cop, they'll usually be good cops. Give 'em a chance.
