Changes welcomed by students? Really?
SUNY Geneseo has distinguished itself over many years as the most selective (along with SUNY Binghamton) by far of the SUNY Colleges. It dramatically stands out from the pack on student selectivity and the rigor of its' academics. I believe the SUNY system should allow its' schools to excel and develop their own identities which Geneseo has done with great distinction.
The value of its' reputation far exceeds the relatively bargain tuition they charge.
