"Mayor Jerry Jennings announced a new program aimed to encourage new home buyers in the city of Albany.. the plan would offer first time buyers a zero percent interest loan for up $15,000 to be used toward their down payment and closing costs."

In other words, Jennings wants to use your tax dollars to help lowlife buy homes that they cannot afford to buy, maintain or pay taxes on; of course - as a responsible, middle class person - you won't qualify for this money.

A similar program was tried before, known as HOI
And THAT was a resounding ---- FLOP
