From PhD candidate to 'terrorist'

Zhai Tiantian, a Chinese student charged as a "terrorist" in the US, demonstrates to a reporter on Thursday in Beijing how he was handcuffed while in the US.

Thursday August 11th 2010 english.peopledaily.com.

A Chinese University student allegedly make a threatening call to his university .

That lead to his arrest, later he demonstrates how he was handcuffed....

Well, if the US Home Land Officals cannot prove that the guy is actually the terrorist then it's clearly the evil school officials are abusing the system on personal revenge on a student.

That's a waste of national resource, abuse of power. Then those school officials should go to jail.
