Satan the Devil doesn't want anyone to have life in God's new world of righteousness, peace and happiness.
This world is under the control of Satan and he doesn't care how you serve him, just so you don't serve the one true God of the Bible, Almighty God Jehovah.
Jehovah God wants everyone to have eternal life, he gave us his word the Bible to direct those who want to love and obey Him, he doesn't force anyone, but he only loves those who draw close to Him in study and prayer.
Jehovah sent his only son Jesus to redeem all mankind from sin and death, but Jesus said only the meek would take advantage of his sacrifice and become his footstep followers. People who imitate Jesus must be educated in the Law of Christ, and become Jehovah's witness as Jesus was.
