I have to assume that the people that are happy and refer to his administration as "shit” are the same uninvolved government dependent parents who refuse to care enough to discipline their own children and complain when their kids are held accountable outside their broken home. Mr. Underwood is a very very upstanding man, with an unmatched work ethic, who holds himself to the same standards he sets for the excellence of his students and employees. Best Wishes Mr. Underwood, like everything you set out to achieve I know you will be a success!!!

And you know Dr. Underwood how? I am a teacher under his current administration and I am very glad he is gone. He made our entire staff nervous and nervous. He is a big headed, stuck on himself liar, who tells you everything he THINKS you want to hear. I'm glad he's gone, I'M just sorry he has left so much trouble for the Ava R-I school. Do school employees have warrants for thier arrests like he does? Casenet..........

1. No one has anyway of proving that they are who that they say they are even with registration unless topix starts doing a social security or some type of user verification, which they won't do.

2. One of the great/sadest things about this site, is that anyone can post ANYTHING they want to and if you don't like it, pay topix $20 bucks to have it removed, simply put up with it, or sadly don't come back.

Its not about "proof" its about if you got beef with someone and you want to criticize anyone publicly go right ahead that's free speech, but at least you can say who you are instead of hiding behind a keyboard. If you cant be a man and identify yourself then that's fine hide in the darkness of your house faceless/nameless cowards.

If you really are a teacher then you would know that theachers have to pass a F.B.I. background check in order to be a teacher. I went to casenet and there are 3 pages of entries for andrew underwood, how do you know which one is him? I would be willing to bet whoever the Ava school distrcit hires to replace him will catch the same amount of crap that Dr.Underwood gets from his employees now because you can't make everyone happy all the time!! And some people aren't happy unless they can compain about other people all the time.

That's all that topix is, a site to complain about people, and on the rare occasion that it succeeds, have a decent conversation.
