Lower the drinking age to 18. It's that simple.

Maybe more focus on underage drinking and less on legal age drinking. Maybe this will give Blainey Adams another chance for another award for Drunk Drivers. LOL!

AstroZombie, sounds like a great idea. Lets vote on it. Oh wait, if you're under 18 you can't vote anyway, so to bad. Drinking age stays at 21. Heck, maybe we should raise the age to 21 for everything across the board, voting, drinking, gambling, smoking, driving and whatever else is available. What do you think about that?

Don't forget military service. You can be responsible for multi million dollars of military equipment not for a can of beer

Thank You for catching that. I had forgotten about the military service. Yeap, gotta be 21 to serve. Heck, since we are at it and changing all kinds of stuff for the better, if you or your family receives any type of government assistance, everyone that is living in that household needs to take and pass a blood test and urine test before any assistance checks will be given to that family. One person fails, that whole family is off assistance for good, no questions ask. If the USA is going to be a Socialist Country, then lets do it right. Oh yeah, and that thing about "freedom of speech", well, in a Socialist Nation, you can kiss that good bye. Don't think it's true, just look at China and N. Korea. You see all the people protesting? You also see them getting shot, right? Welcome to Obamanation.

Although I dislike Obama probably as much as you, you have a few points that I'd like to discuss. One is that China and North Korea are full blown communist. Also, we've been a socialist nation for years now. Socialism is defined as any sort of government control over services. Last I checked, ALOT of services are controlled by the government. To name a few:
Sewage System
Postal Service
Law Enforcement
Fire Department
Public Education
And thats just off the top of my head. So don't be so quick to fight off all aspects of Socialism.

Socialism has more to do with ownership of the economy. While government has its fat thumb in that, private ownership rules.

Saying that you own the economy is like saying you own society. Its impossible because those are both things you can't actually own. You may be able to control it, but you don't it. And yes, the government does have control of the economy because the government has control of a lot of money. Thats how it works, in case you haven't noticed

If they were more worried about child molesters and killers instead of trying to catch drug dealers and under age drinking maybe this world would be a better place there quick to get someone smoking weed but can't stop abused children or molesters...
