There should be zero tolerance for underage drinkers who end up assaulting police officers. Mr. Capitani should be asked to pack his bags and take a semester off doing something productive. He obviously isn't serious about college for anything more than an excuse to party. Too bad a few bad apples spoil it for the rest of us.
