The Majority of Americans don't want a muslim victory, conquest trophy mosque built at ground zero.

Whenever muslims invade, to celebrate their conquest they leave their mark by building a freaking mosque. This is unacceptable.

They killed over 3000 innocent people and they want us to let them celebrate with a 13 story monument to their deed with a mosque and cultural center?
Truly good muslims and moderate muslims don't support the building of this abomination.

Cultural center to promote understanding and unity??? They don't allow non-muslims in so the only understanding it will promote is the understanding they are celebrating the murder of all those people, not mourning them.

Then, of course, there's a third possibility: It could be someone who believes that Constitutional protections apply equally to everyone, not just those they agree with.

LOL... Liberals should under go an emotional sensation, spread the Gospel and protect the expression and rights of Religious freedom with the Constitution??

What if all religions decide to build churches on the new "Holy Ground Zero"??

Jerusalem has a Mosque in Israel...

New York city can become "New Jerusalem".

This transformation would be complete when New York City is transformed spiritually, then changes the city name to "New Jerusalem".

Constitutional right and morally right are not necessarily the same thing.

You are absolutely correct.
Constitutional rights are codified in law. Morality is arbitrary and subjective.

Yeah, but it is that arbitrary and subjective part that rules hearts, and therefore public opinion.

And yours, as it was written by a leftist, is IRRELEVENT.

So tell me, assh*le, how is it I don't "care about the constitution in general"?

You're one of the stupid assh*les that actually thinks building a mosque at or near ground zero, the site of the blatant murder of 3000 innocent people, is a good idea under the guise of "religious freedom". The constitution meant nothing to you liberals when healthcare was being rammed down our throats even though the majority of voters said 'NO'.

Where was you faux worry about violating the constitutional rights of voters? Where?

Where is your faux worry about all the other violations of the constitution this administration has committed? Where?

Where is your faux worry about the constitutional rights of those nancy lugosi aims to "investigate" because they don't agree with this mosque? Where?

Come on assh*le, where is all your faux outrage?
