Have you ever noticed how something great, business or whatever, is supposed to happen in Portsmouth and then after months of hype pass it never happens? I see a pattern that has stretched over many many years.

Not all of Portsmouth's people are homeless drug addicts. We do have some money to spend. There is no place to buy a birthday, wedding or baby shower present. Goodies or Walmart is about it. We have to go out of town for everything. Anything would be better than nothing.

<quoted text>All you and "they" do is call critical thinking and mature informed matters as neg, and cyn, so what whatever they do is ok. Well, they been doing it for year's like the Sheriff and Morner did with crime and drugs, but you don't call that neg and cyn when you do it against them, hah.

And like these bloggers and forums like to quote, they do the same things over and over expecting different outcomes and it don't happen, INSANITY..........

You are the problem just as much as these supposedly planners and developers. SAD SAD INDEED. for decades.

INSANITY..........and you don't get it.......

Just go along with the PIDED PIPPER's..........Drink the Kool Aid like they also like to say on the Blogs and forums to discount someone the messenger not the message.

Wallow in your Squalor, Wallow in your Squalor.........
Have you ever in your life done anything positive? You bitch and moan endlessly about everything. Do you, in all of your infinate self-imposed "genious status" have any real ideas or plans that anyone could relate to? Have you ever even held down a job? I really doubt it-yet you think that you are the Supreme Expert on economic development and government. You offer no ideas- just gripes and conspiracy theories.

The bottom line is, the point is, and you are not aware of is, There are no Planners, and Developer's, there are only men who's business only survives cause they get Motel Hotel taxes support, they get tax abatements for 15 to 20 years, automatically just apply and much more public funds that we do not know about and you know none of it obviously.
THERE ARE NOT PLANNERS NOR DEVELOPERS FOR DECADES, JUST SCHLOCK'S TRYING TALKING THE TALK. When CouncilMan Marty Mohr wanted to know how to pick an architect, he used his sons text book about something like that. Another example was when President Baughman, may his soul rest in peace, wanted to control a major city project, he recommended a lawyer from Columbus who's ad, Councilman Mearan saw in a magazine, there are no Planners and developers, just Rural Schlocks, trying to be sophisticated adults.
THERE ARE NO PLANNERS AND DEVELOPERS. Only one in town near that is David Stone's architecture firm, that they tap occasionally for planning stuff, but far from it by the un-elected's controls.
I recommend you get back on your meds.
