Johnson asks questions on Third Street issue
In response to a story in Wednesday's edition of the Daily Times , First Ward City Councilman Kevin Johnson has issued an e-mail in which he poses several questions he believes have not been addressed in the plan by Shawnee State University or the city of Portsmouth, should the city decide to close Third Street from Gay Street to Waller Street.

They tried this crap once. City council was smart and shot it down. The City can not afford to move traffic lights sewer lines water lines again. They spend well over 100K the first time when they gave you second street. Deal with what you have Build higher numb nuts. Stop spreading out and build up

When Shawnee State University or even the city say that they WILL PAY for something that it is REALLY YOUR MONEY that they are USING!
