Salisbury U. gets $2M for English as 2nd language
SALISBURY, Md. - Salisbury University has secured a $2 million grant to continue funding courses that help local teachers reach students who are learning English as a second language.

That is a typical waste of money. No wonder our country is debt.
Also, if any one is attending college, they should already know English.
Also many states have volunteers who teach English as a second language for free.

How did America become such an emotional, spiritual and intellectual wasteland that we are obsessed with coddling foreigners at the direct expense of our own children? Pitiful.
